Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase or order number

Due to the nature of wellness and health products, opened or used products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products with damaged or missing packaging

  • Items returned after the 7-day return period


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

  • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
